Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in Payroll and Core HR modules, as well as proficiency in developing custom Payroll HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP) reports, and Fast Formulas.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with Fast Formulas, Value Sets, and other technical components of Oracle HCM.

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI.

- Support and enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules including Core HR, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, and Time & Labor.

- Participate in full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and upgrades.

- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis for technical and functional problems.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to meet reporting and integration needs.

- Assist in configuration and support of analytics and reports.

- Work closely with Oracle Support for issue resolution.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- Strong technical expertise in Payroll and Core HR modules.

- Proficient in BI Publisher (BIP) and HCM Extracts.

- Experience with Fast Formulas and Value Sets.

- Completed at least 2 full life-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM.

- Familiarity with relational and dimensional data modeling.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to other HCM modules such as Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Learning.

- Experience handling Oracle product bugs and working with Oracle Support.

- Understanding of SDLC, change management, and project delivery methodologies.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with global teams.
