Job Title: Oracle Fusion Freelance Trainers (HCM/SCM/Finance/EPM) Job Description : We are seeking experienced Oracle Fusion trainers to deliver high-quality training services to our clients. The ideal candidates will have expertise in one or more of the following areas: Oracle Fusion HCM (Human Capital Management) Required Skills for HCM Trainer: 1. Oracle HCM Cloud Expertise: Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including: - Core HR - Payroll - Talent Management - Workforce Planning 2. HCM Functional Knowledge: Familiarity with human capital management best practices and business processes. 3. Oracle Cloud Platform: Understanding of Oracle Cloud infrastructure and architecture. Oracle Fusion SCM (Supply Chain Management) Required Skills for SCM Trainer: 1. Oracle SCM Cloud Expertise: Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM Cloud solutions, including: - Supply Chain Planning - Procurement - Order Management - Inventory Management - Logistics 2. Oracle Cloud Platform: Understanding of Oracle Cloud infrastructure and architecture. 3. SCM Functional Knowledge: Familiarity with supply chain management best practices and business processes. Oracle Fusion Finance: Required Skills for Fusion Finance Trainer: 1. Oracle Fusion Finance Expertise: Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance solutions, including: - General Ledger - Accounts Payable - Accounts Receivable - Cash Management - Financial Reporting 2. Financial Management: Familiarity with financial management best practices and business processes. 3. Oracle Cloud Platform: Understanding of Oracle Cloud infrastructure and architecture. Oracle Fusion EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Required Skills for the EPM Trainer: 1. Oracle EPM Cloud Expertise: Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, including: - Planning - Budgeting - Forecasting - Financial Reporting - Profitability and Cost Management 2. EPM Functional Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise performance management best practices and business processes. 3. Oracle Cloud Platform: Understanding of Oracle Cloud infrastructure and architecture. EPM Module-Specific Skills 1. Oracle Planning Cloud: Knowledge of Oracle Planning Cloud, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting. 2. Oracle Financial Reporting: Expertise in Oracle Financial Reporting, including report design and deployment. 3. Oracle Profitability and Cost Management: Understanding of Oracle Profitability and Cost Management, including cost allocation and profitability analysis. Trainers Responsibilities: 1. Deliver Training Sessions: Provide instructor-led training to clients on Oracle Fusion solutions. 2. Develop Training Content: Create customized training content, including presentations, exercises, and assessments. 3. Conduct Workshops: Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients, ensuring they understand Oracle Fusion solutions. 4. Provide Support: Offer support to clients, answering questions and resolving issues Requirements: 1. Experience: Minimum 7 years of Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion training and implementation in (HCM/SCM/Finance/EPM). 2. Certifications: Oracle Fusion certifications in relevant modules (HCM, SCM, Finance, EPM). 3. Training Experience: Proven experience in delivering training sessions and workshops. 4.
