Role & responsibilities 1. Clarity Operations & User Management Manage user access for Clarity, promptly removing terminated ABG users. Conduct regular audits of open timesheets, especially prior to month-end closures. Lead and execute Clarity month-end closure activities. Identify project governance issues & incorrect resource details and coordinate with Project Managers to resolve them. Maintain and update Clarity-related training materials, conduct end-user training sessions as required. Provide onboarding documentation for new Clarity users. Keep Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) up to date. Continuously identify and implement process improvement opportunities. Complete SOX internal audits for Clarity, ensuring full compliance with internal controls and deadlines. Share weekly and monthly reports with stakeholders and vendors. 2. Invoice Reconciliation & Operational Support Work with vendors to reconcile invoices, address discrepancies, and take corrective actions. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date Invoice Tracker. 3. Governance & Reporting Assist with global reporting initiatives leveraging MS Excel and Tableau. Use insights from Clarity and invoice data to support strategic financial and operational planning. Maintain a centralized repository for Statements of Work (SOWs) and key reference documents. Preferred candidate profile Hands-on experience with Clarity PPM , invoice reconciliation, accounts payable, and general ledger functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
