Job Role: Oracle EBS Specialist Job Type : Contract (Possible Conversion) Experience : 12--15 Years Qualification : B.E / B.Tech (Preferred) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Specialist with deep expertise in IAM (Identity & Access Management) and OID (Oracle Internet Directory) . The ideal candidate will also serve as a Techno-Functional HRMS & Payroll Consultant , with a strong focus on production support and hands-on capabilities in Oracle technologies. Primary Skills Required : Oracle HRMS & Payroll Technical Consultant (Production Support experience mandatory) Strong hands-on expertise in: UK Payroll Oracle HRMS Self-Service HR (SSHR) Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) WebADI Oracle Application Framework (OAF) Proficient in PL/SQL development IAM and OID knowledge and implementation experience Ability to work in a Techno-Functional role (80% Technical / 20% Functional) Good to Have : Prior experience in enterprise production environments Understanding of Oracle security models and user access frameworks Soft Skills : Strong communication and analytical skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Effective collaboration with cross-functional and global teams
