Oracle EBS CRM technical

Development/Implementation

Grade C2(8 to 13 years)

 

The JD is as below:

 

  1. Knowledge of Install base from functional and technical perspective
  2. Knowledge of Call to Resolution cycle (C2R)
  3. Understanding of Depot Repair module from functional and technical perspective
  4. Good knowledge of service contracts from technical and functional perspective
  5. Well versed with Oracle Apps Technical components like forms, reports, packages, XML Publisher, workflow builder, forms personalization.
