Roles & Responsibilities: Demonstrable experience as a techno-functional lead on at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of Oracle Field Service Cloud (ToA) Application. Experience developing process flow diagrams, gathering requirements, conducting workshops, design and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions. Strong techno-functional skills in proposing, designing optimal solutions, including ownership of the overall solution for customization / integrations on Oracle Field Service Cloud (ToA) Projects.
