Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Optical Dispenser located in Ahmedabad. The Optical Dispenser will be responsible for assisting customers with eyewear selection, performing eye exams, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks also include maintaining product knowledge of optics and ensuring accuracy in prescriptions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Optics and Optometry
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in conducting Eye Exams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and precision in work
• Previous experience in the optical industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications or degrees in optometry or related fields
