You are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join the team for Navi Mumbai Ghansoli Location. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of sales experience in the civil engineering sector, with a preference for experience in the highway sector. Your responsibilities will include cold calling, identifying key stakeholders, setting appointments, meeting stakeholders, qualifying opportunities, and managing the sales process with minimal supervision. It is essential to have a basic understanding of pavement and survey technologies such as NSV, FWD, Retro reflectometer, etc. Previous sales experience with NHAI, MoRTH, and highway consultants will be considered a plus. To qualify for this position, you should hold a BE/B Tech in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering. Your main deliverables will involve keeping track of target accounts and industry trends, maintaining a 10x funnel against quarterly targets, managing prospect information, planning and conducting prospect meetings (which may require extensive pan India travel), and overseeing order execution and account management. If selected, you will be responsible for ensuring timely intervention whenever necessary. The job type is Permanent, and the preferred educational qualification is a Bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, and sales, with a total of 4 years of work experience.
