Operations Manager Travel Sales (USA)

This is a full-time on-site role for an operations manager in Noida. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing the scheduling and utilization of resources. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes.

Handling customers mainly for International Flights bookings domestic & International Ticketing.

The candidate will be required to interact with the Clients for Domestic / International destinations, note down their details, work out on their Itinerary and customize the tour as per their requirements.

Job Description :

• Need to start the business from scratch involves identifying a unique opportunity, Conducting marketing research, Developing a business plan, and then launching and growing the business.
• Explore business opportunities with reason-wise, language, products and add-on. Likewise with language, region, products and add-ons.
• Explore the best foreign region sales prospects to increase the sales revenue along with understanding the cultural nuances and preferences of the target audience.
• Identify the common products and discover the add-ons or a bundle plan for the particular region and language wise.
• Recognise the Suppliers or entities that provide the products and services that travel agents and online travel agencies ( OTA ) sell to customers on cheapest and competitive rates with fair commission.
• Explore all Meta platform to build the relationship and have strong partnerships to get the company on boarded with them.
• Discover and focus on creating PPC opportunities, guide and help to drives and set up the campaign to target customer by demographics, languages and call types.
• Design the departments strategize the work allocation within each department based on skills and experience, with clear roles and responsibilities to streamline the business and process flow.
• Set up and implement required technologies and applications to smoother and streamline the process.
• Effectively hire a team and acquire the best talented people with diverse expertise, highly motivated with profound knowledge and experience in the desire field.

8-10 years of experience required.

Excellent Knowledge of any GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan)

Sound knowledge of Domestic and International Flight fares.

B2B and B2C both will do.

Experienced over ppc and meta calls/booking

The candidate should be ready to perform under pressure.

Candidate should be self-driven.

Candidate should be target-oriented.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

Requirements :

Good Geographical Knowledge i.e. City codes, Airport codes, etc.

Good communicating skills

Interacting with the Airlines.

Willing to work in shifts as per International Time zones

Fluent English Speaking Candidates will be preferred
