Overview:

The Operations Manager - L3 plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient processes to meet business objectives. They are responsible for managing and coordinating various operational activities to optimize productivity and maximize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Manage and optimize operational processes to ensure seamless service delivery.
