Operations Intern

As an Operations Intern at our company located in Bareilly, you will be responsible for managing and updating daily operational reports and trackers using Google Sheets. Your tasks will include handling CRM system entries, updates, and audits, as well as maintaining and organizing internal data related to sales, leads, deliveries, and staff. You will provide support with follow-ups, coordination, and internal communications as required. In this role, you will also assist various departments such as sales, HR, dispatch, etc., with ad-hoc operational tasks. It is crucial to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality in managing company data. Moreover, you will be expected to suggest process improvements and help streamline workflow for increased efficiency. To qualify for this position, you should be pursuing or have completed graduation in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field. Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, including formulas, filters, and basic dashboards, is essential. While familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial, training will be provided if needed. Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and coordination skills are key requirements for this role. We are looking for individuals who can take responsibility and handle multiple tasks independently. A quick learner with a problem-solving attitude is highly valued in our team. This is an internship opportunity with a contract length of 6 months, and the work location is in person.
