Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telecaller role located in Gurugram. The Telecaller will interact with customers, handle inquiries, and provide information about car servicing options in Kannada and Tamil. The key responsibilities include making outbound calls, maintaining customer records, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Kannada and Tamil
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and providing solutions
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any discipline is beneficial
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
