We are hiring energetic and detail-oriented Operations Executives to support day-to-day project activities across land, site execution, vendor management, and documentation. You’ll work closely with engineers, accountants, and the project head to ensure smooth on-ground coordination and timely execution. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Follow up with vendors and contractors for work status and material delivery Maintain daily site reports and update Google Sheets Track land documents, GPAs, conversion files, and registrations Coordinate with engineers, legal team, and local authorities Assist in procurement (rate collection, quotation comparison, etc.) Upload bills, receipts, and reports to Google Drive ✅ Requirements: Graduate (BCom, BA, BBA, or Diploma) 1–3 years of experience in real estate, construction, or site admin preferred Fluent in Kannada; must be proactive and field-ready Familiarity with Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and basic computer operations Strong follow-up skills and discipline are a must
