Operations Executive

• Oversee Daily Operations:Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of all operational aspects related to safety gear production, distribution, and sales.
• Workflow Management:Manage the flow of work within the organization, coordinating activities across departments such as production, quality control, sales, and logistics.
• Compliance and Safety:Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Strategic Planning:Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Performance Monitoring:Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Budget Management:Manage operational budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Project Management:Manage projects related to new product development, process improvement, or facility upgrades.
• Risk Management:Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize operational disruptions.
• Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
• Team Leadership:Provide guidance, support, and training to the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Reporting:Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational performance, highlighting key metrics and areas of concern.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
