Chisquare Lab is Hiring:Operations Executive/IT Operations

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, capable of managing complex systems with precision, and possess strong communication skills to collaborate with clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform IT Operations tasks,IT Support
• Provide support and maintain coordination using a ticketing system
• Execute operational tasks accurately while adhering to defined processes and quality standards
• Communicate with onsite clients via calls, chats, or emails to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
• Adapt to changing work requirements, schedules, and client needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially via email and messaging platforms)
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact confidently with onsite teams
• Ability to learn quickly and follow structured operational processes
• Meticulous attention to detail and comfort working with complex systems
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (UK / US / Night) after training
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support shifting team goals

Good to Have:

Basic knowledge of:

• Virtual Machines (VM)
• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Microsoft Office Suite (MS Office)

Any previous experience with providing non-technical support work(Voice and NonVoice Process) related to IT/Healthcare
