Operations Development Manager

As a Full-Time job located in Chennai, India, Lexitas Global Shared Services (GSS) is seeking a seasoned India Offshore Service Delivery Manager/Director to lead and manage offshore service delivery operations. The role involves developing and executing strategies for transitioning onshore and BPO scopes to Lexitas India, delivering high-quality Operations Support Services to US Operations, and ensuring alignment with global standards, client expectations, and operational SLAs. Key Responsibilities include team leadership, overseeing hiring and training, ensuring support coverage, operational excellence, driving consistent service delivery, adherence to best practices, stakeholder coordination, facilitating effective communication between US and India leadership, process improvement, identifying automation opportunities, compliance, and documentation. Required Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in operations or related field, 8+ years of off-shore service delivery experience with managerial responsibilities, experience working with global teams, understanding off-shore/on-shore frameworks, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with Project Management Tools. Preferred qualifications include experience in managing transitions of support services, familiarity with US and India culture, and managing teams in support of US client environments and time zones. The role requires flexibility to attend and run US/India team meetings, including overlap with US morning hours.,
