Position Title: Operations Admin / Operations Executive
Location: Work From Office (Client Sec QLD – Web Professionals Category)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities, ensure seamless client communications, and support internal team functions. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a knack for multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client communications via email and outbound voice calls (existing clients)
• Manage shift scheduling for contractors and internal staff
• Generate and maintain operational reports
• Receive and respond to inbound client calls
• Maintain data accuracy and documentation standards

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Word
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills

Qualifications:

• Minimum: Any graduate degree
• Prior experience in operations or customer service preferred

Work Timings (Indian Time):

• Shift 1: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM
• Shift 2: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational shift
