About the Role:
Mazus Hotels and Resorts is looking for a dynamic and confident female Operations Manager to join our team at Mazus Urban Express, Mysore. We are seeking someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations efficiently.

Preferred Qualification & Experience:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field
• Experience in Travel and Tourism industry will be considered a strong advantage
• Proficiency in communication, staff coordination, and guest handling

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the property and front office
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and service quality
• Coordinate with departments for smooth workflow
• Handle staff supervision and training
• Monitor housekeeping, guest feedback, and operational standards
