Handle day-to-day operations: provisioning, system upgrades, patching, incident response, and troubleshooting
Automate tasks and workflows using
Ansible

Terraform
,
Bash
, or
Python
Ensure system observability using tools like
Prometheus

Grafana
,
Zabbix
, or
ELK Stack
Maintain high availability, backup, and disaster recovery strategies
Collaborate with DevOps, platform engineering, and network/security teams for seamless cloud operations
Maintain documentation, playbooks, and runbooks for operations and incident response
