Role & responsibilities Perform first level troubleshooting on incident which are received via IT infra call log portal/ on mail/ on call and do ticket booking with concern lease line operator. Basic Configuration of branch end router Addressing LAN connectivity issue Record EOS with downtime and share to team as per requirement Record network devices request from branch and coordinate with PI asset team for its availability and inform to CUSTOMER for its further process. Coordinate with ISP to resolve link down, link performance [packet loss, latency etc.] issues and escalate pending cases to next level. Support to branch user for network issue till resolution Perform Second level troubleshooting on incident which are received via IT infra call log portal/ on mail/ on call and do ticket booking with concern lease line operator. Preferred candidate profile Experience in Cisco Meraki Sdwan New configuration of Sdwan Device or Network devices troubleshooting of issue Best practices to be implement will be provided by CUSTOMER.
