Job description Role & responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. Focus on Secondary & Primary Business Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify growth opportunities. Ensure effective distribution and visibility of our products in retail outlets and manage merchandising activities. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of sales representatives and sales supervisors. Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment to maximize team productivity. Timely settlement of all distributor claims as per SOP, Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in the territory.
