Skills:
4 6 years of experience in OneShield development for Policy, Billing, or Claims modules. Strong understanding of OneShield Designer Studio and configuration capabilities. Experience with OneShield Dragon framework and workflow development. Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and XML for customization and scripting. Strong knowledge of SQL and database management (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL). Experience in API integration (REST/SOAP) and third-party system connectivity. Understanding of insurance domain concepts and workflows in P&C Insurance. Experience in unit testing and debugging OneShield applications. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools for CI/CD implementation. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Insurance domain knowledge with Property & Casualty background
Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure OneShield applications to meet business requirements. Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather and implement requirements. Customize and enhance OneShield Policy, Billing, or Claims modules. Develop and maintain OneShield workflows, rules, and scripts for automation. Integrate OneShield solutions with external systems via APIs. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve OneShield-related issues. Optimize OneShield applications for performance, scalability, and security. Document technical designs, workflows, and implementation details. Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with best practices. Stay updated with OneShield product enhancements, insurance industry trends, and emerging technologies.
