Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Omni Sports Advisor located in Mumbai. The Omni Sports Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in selecting appropriate sports equipment, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Day-to-day tasks include demonstrating product features, offering sports training advice, maintaining store displays, inventory management, and supporting promotional activities. The advisor will also collaborate with the team to achieve store sales targets and contribute to a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• Physical Education and Sports Training skills
• Experience in Sports Coaching and Sports Training
• Excellent Communication and Coaching skills
• A passion for sports and helping others improve their performance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field is preferred
