You will promote sports by engaging customers through sports communities and inspiring them to join. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by proposing the right products and services, using all available channels, and suggesting complementary products to enhance the customer's sports practice experience. You will also be responsible for ensuring product availability through reliable inventory management and updating signages for customer awareness. Your second responsibility is to create a WOW store experience. This includes ensuring that the store layout is safe, welcoming, and engaging for customers. You will highlight the best omnichannel offer to customers, both offline and online, and ensure that customers can test all solutions. Your role also involves knowing and highlighting the complete offer in-store and online, suggesting the best possible solutions to customers, and making all necessary services for sports available to customers.
