As a Performance Marketer for our ecommerce division, you will be responsible for managing and executing performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google and Facebook. Monitoring the performance of channels based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and conducting A/B tests to enhance conversion rates will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with a D2C brand or agency background. Proficiency in working with attribution platforms like Branch, Adjust, and Appsflyer is essential. Experience in ecommerce and expertise in developing multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, and social media, will be advantageous. Additionally, you should possess strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data, metrics, and consumer behavior trends.
