Role & responsibilities

Sound functional knowledge of retail banking ops processes

Conversant with core banking applications (Finacle preferred) and CRM applications
Working knowledge of workflow applications such as Siebel, FCRM etc.
Usage of MS Excel and MS Word
Knowledge about KYC process

Preferred candidate profile

Desired Qualification

Graduate in any discipline

Desired Experience

2+ years of experience banking operation

Good communication skills both oral and written
Good interpersonal management skills
Problem solving skills
Decision making ability
