Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties: Scheduling and Coordination: Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Communication Management: Attending Queries, managing emails, Documentation, Filing, Client Coordination, drafting correspondence, memos, and reports. Record Keeping: Maintaining physical and digital files, organizing records, databases, and contact lists. Data Entry and Processing: Entering and managing data, processing invoices and expense reports, and assisting with bookkeeping. Meeting Support: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing them. Compliance and Accuracy: Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and maintaining accuracy in all tasks. Project Management Support: Assisting with project management by tracking deadlines and milestones. Confidentiality: Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Example Duties: Drafting and sending emails on behalf of executives Managing client and employee databases Maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering as needed Processing invoices and expense reports Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes Acting as a point of contact for staffs and clients Required Skills: Strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure High level of discretion and professionalism Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 02/06/2025
