Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and deliver documents, files, cheques, and parcels
  • Assist in filing, scanning, when required
  • Support with minor outdoor activities like courier drop-offs, bank visits, or local purchases.
  • Coordinate with courier services for timely dispatch and receipt of packages
  • Keep track of office stationery and pantry supplies, and inform the admin for timely restocking

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10th pass or equivalent education
  • 1–3 years of experience in an office support
  • Good physical health and cleanliness
  • Basic understanding of office procedures
  • Ability to read & write basic instructions (in English or Tamil)
  • Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work under supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
