Job Description

We are hiring an Office Assistant for our electrical contracting firm. The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, be comfortable with handling emails, creating invoices, quotations, and managing basic office documentation.

Key Requirements:

  • Good skills in MS Excel (data entry, formulas, formatting)
  • Basic email and computer proficiency
  • Ability to prepare invoices, reports, and other documents
  • Comfortable with daily office tasks and coordination
  • Knowledge of electrical terms (preferred but not mandatory)

Location: Vapi, Gujarat

Salary: Based on skills and experience

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
