Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a multi-tasking Executive to handle Administration, Basic Accounts, and Store Management activities at our Mumbai location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and maintain records.
  • Handle basic accounting entries, billing, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain stock registers, inventory records, and issue/receive materials.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and deliveries.
  • Prepare and update reports in Excel as required.
  • Assist in documentation, filing, and maintaining compliance records.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office and store operations.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Commerce or any relevant field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and inventory management.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Tally (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
