Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server environments, including mailboxes, distribution groups, public folders, and contacts. Provide technical support for Microsoft Office 365 services such as Outlook Web App (OWA), Exchange Online, and SharePoint. Troubleshoot issues related to email delivery failures, password resets, and account lockouts on Azure Active Directory. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups of critical data and system updates to ensure optimal performance. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in IT administration with a focus on Microsoft Exchange Server Administration or equivalent experience supporting other collaboration platforms like Google Workspace or Zoho Workplace. Strong understanding of Windows Active Directory Administration and FSMO roles. Proficiency in managing large-scale enterprise deployments of Microsoft products including MS Exchange Server & CALs.
