Job Description :- Responsible for sales and marketing of carbon and special alloys steels Heading business development , OEM Development/ approvals, sales and marketing for east and central zone for special alloy steel and carbon steel long products and s.s. Flats. Products included - as rolled wire rods, annealed wire rods, rounds, rcs, spring steel flats, bright bars to name a few. in North India- Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Rajasthan for Tier 1, Tier 2 customers and OEMs like Maruti, Honda, TATA, Kia, Hyundai. Business development via Acquisition of new customers and new product development at existing customer, negotiations and aligning customer needs with current products. Responsible for strategic planning, Sales forecasting, Ensuring Stock Availability. Monitoring credit limits of customer and negotiating with customer for secure payment terms. Co-ordinate with the planning and production team at plant for order processing/production and ensure the delivery of the product on schedule. Managing customer relationship management & managing communication across different functions with customer. Responsible to new development, competition tracking. Arranging technical offer and preparing proposals, pricing & leading negotiations with customers. Preparing sale budget annually & monthly basis and review presentation and credit/debit memo on monthly basis. Market analysis and competition performance to identify low hanging customers. Some of the major customers are SONA BLW, Shriram Piston and Rings Ltd, Hitech Gears Ltd etc. Strategic Market Expansion :- Expertise in exploring new markets, conducting comprehensive market research, and implementing strategic plans to increase market share and achieve sales targets. Customer-Centric Approach :- Skilled at building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective complaint resolution and tailored service. Process Improvement Specialist :- Showcased capability to implement process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and drive organizational excellence through innovative solutions and strategic planning. Key Skills : - Customer Centric/ Visionary/ Negotiator/ Oriented Team Oriented/Strategic Planner/ Thought Leader IT Skills :- SAP, SAS coding, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and Excel Dashboards.
