Below is the details regarding the position.

Location- Gandhidham

Qualification- Any Graduate

Experience- 3-4yrs experience into ocean export documentation

Roles and Responsibilities

A

• Ensure all documents are accurate , complete , and compliant with relevant regulations and customer requirements.

B Compliance management

- Stay updated on international trade regulations, customs procedures, and incoterms to ensure compliance and avoid delays or penalties .

- Handle regulatory filings such as AMS / ISF / E- Manifest for shipments to specific destinations like US and Canada

C Coordination and communication

• Liaise with various stakeholders including clients, freight forwarders , carriers, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely shipments processing and smooth communication throughout the export process.
• Coordinate with internal departments like Sales , logistics and finance to facilitate seamless operations.
• Communicate with clients and overseas agents , providing pre- alerts shipments updates and resolving any issues or discrepancies related to documentation or shipments.

D Record keeping and tracking

• Maintain accurate and organized records of all export transactions and documentation for audit and reporting purpose .
• Track monitor shipments status, updating relevant stakeholders , maintaining DSRs and on the progress and resolving any issues related to documentation or delays.
• Maintain documents, trackers and ERP system in real time E Problem Solving
• Proactively identify and resolve issues or discrepancies related to export documentation , shipments delays, or custom clearance.
• Knowledge of different country codes and procedures required in BLs and keep Europe , USA , Africa and any other countries procedures understanding to avoid any revenue leakages due to BL or document failures.
