Key Responsibilities: - Receive assigned patients in the emergency room and triage based on acuity levels. - Apply the Nursing Care process to assigned patients according to approved policies, adapting care plans as necessary. - Monitor patient status closely, promptly reporting any deviations or abnormal findings. - Execute doctors orders accurately and in a timely manner, prioritizing urgent interventions. - Provide individualized patient/family education, including discharge instructions and follow-up care. - Document patient assessment findings, interventions, and status progress accurately and promptly. - Initiate emergency and resuscitative measures as needed, following established protocols. - Adhere to JCIA/CBAHI standards, ensuring compliance with emergency care regulations. - Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by the hospital. - Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned by the charge nurse/head nurse. Requirements: - Bachelors Degree in Nursing/GNM. - Minimum two years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in an emergency or critical care setting. - BLS, ACLS, PALS or relevant certifications. - Valid license from home country.
