We are Hiring Python Developer. Job Location - Shivajinagar , Pune Role Summary- We are seeking a skilled and motivated Python Engineer (AI & Automation) with 34 years of experience to help drive our AI and intelligent automation initiatives. This role combines core Python development with hands-on implementation of AI-powered solutions and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working on innovative projects, experimenting with large language models (LLMs), and building intelligent business workflows that create tangible impact. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Python scripts, modules, and backend logic to support AI, data, and automation projects. Design and build data processing pipelines for cleaning, transforming, and preparing structured and unstructured data. Support the development of AI-powered business applications using LLM frameworks and NLP techniques. Implement and maintain automated business workflows using orchestration and automation platforms. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical, scalable solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field. 34 years of professional experience in Python development. Strong knowledge of Python data processing libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy). Experience with REST APIs and system integrations. Basic understanding of workflow automation and orchestration concepts (or willingness to learn). Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
