Role & responsibilities Job Profile : Relationship Officer - NRI - Review the inflows and outflows in the mapped NRI accounts and also proactively tracks NRI visits to India - Establish close connect with the existing customers through mailers and phone calls and share insights on the fluctuations in interest rates, exchange rates and various product offerings - Generates new sales leads for NRI customers through referrals from existing clients, NRI brokers, stock brokers, expats of shipping companies, etc. - Involved in increasing customer engagement through cross - selling Investment Products like Life Insurance, General Insurance, Gold Coins, etc. and other non-investment Products like Forex, Remittances, Loans, etc. to new and existing customers. - Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network - Demonstrated Ability in sales planning and conceptualize promotions and marketing initiatives - Knowledge of the Banking Industry, FEMA regulations governing NRI business, NRI Customer Behavior, Money and Financial Markets Preferred candidate profile *** Need Relevant Experience of 2-4 Years into NRI Banking, NRI Client Relationship, NRI Sales, NRI Client Acquisition. Role Overview : As a Senior Executive Premium Customer Experience (Relationship manager) , you will be at the forefront of client engagement and revenue generation. Your primary objective is to drive revenue growth by building and deepening strong relationships with premium clients. This includes daily interaction, providing strategic market insights, timely execution of orders, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Engagement & Revenue Generation Maintain daily interactions with assigned (mapped) clients to nurture long-term relationships. Share insightful research reports from reputed research houses to support client decision-making. Ensure timely and accurate order placement, backed by pre-order confirmations. Proactively identify and onboard new Relationship clients to grow the client base and meet revenue targets. 2. Customer Service Excellence Respond promptly to client queries and communications, ensuring adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Deliver high-touch service to achieve top-tier client satisfaction and relationship scores. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues swiftly, acting as a trusted advisor and first point of contact. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably within the financial services industry. Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial products, markets, and investment strategies. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly. Client-centric Mindset: Passion for delivering high-quality service and building meaningful client relationships. Tech-savvy: Comfortable using dealing terminals and order placement systems.
