Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Customer Quality

Customer Audits,Production Part Approval (PPAP) submission to Customer, 8D submission to customer complaints.

First Article Inspections (FAI), Engineering Document submission related to Quality.

Operations

Process documents ( SOP ), Inspection procedures and documents to internal customer ( QIP / QAP )
Project Quality Management

FMEA, control plans, Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), First Article Inspection (FAI); Production Part Approval Process (PPAP);
Development of suitable Control plans for production control and management of quality improvement projects
Participation in the product development process (e.g. FMEA, PLP, APQP, FAI).
