1 Knowledge of APQP process in case of New Product Development. 2 Should have a good understanding of Hot Forging Process, Machining Processes and Fabrication (Pressing and Welding). 3 Good co-ordinate skills with all concerned process owner for the on time submission of samples as per defined target date. 4 Good Communication skills to communicate with the customers regarding any issue raised during development stage. 5 Knowledge of PPAP documents in case of New Product Development & in case of ECN received in the existing parts. 6 Knowledge of Project handover/sign off from NPD to production. 7 Implementation of Poka- Yoke for special characteristics during New Product Development. 8 Knowledge to implement & maintain the documentation as per requirements of IATF 16949:2016. 9 To maintain the enquiry register. 10 Knowledge regarding ECN/ PCN process in case of change in product parameter or process change.
