Roles and Responsibilities Create engineering drawings, assembly drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOM) for production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets quality standards and customer requirements. Conduct design reviews to identify potential issues and implement improvements. Develop molds for plastic injection molding processes. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in NPD Engineering role with expertise in Plastic Injection Molding. Strong understanding of Quality Assurance/Control principles and practices. Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
