Rajwada is looking for a passionate and sharp-minded video creator + editor to join our in-house team in Lucknow.
This is not a freelance project — we’re hiring someone who’s ready to grow with the brand and be part of something bigger.

Role Overview
• Conceptualise, shoot and edit short-form content for Instagram, Meta and YouTube
• Translate brand campaigns into powerful visual narratives
• Collaborate with the creative & styling teams to plan video-based shoots
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage, store walk-throughs, product close-ups, and UGC-style storytelling

Requirements
• Full-time availability, based in or willing to relocate to Lucknow
• Strong camera handling and lighting sense (preferably DSLR or mirrorless)
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• A solid understanding of trending reels, transitions, and sound use
• Good taste in fashion/culture-driven visuals and storytelling

• Ability to direct models/talent during shoot
• Basic motion graphics understanding
