* Screening the Profiles as per the Client Requirement, according to the availability, Interest level, Salary range, Relocation, and Basic qualification.
* Following up the candidates till they join.
* Maintaining Database of all the Candidates weekly, Monthly trackers.
Candidate Should have an experience in Job Sites, Portals and Also Non IT Recruitment in Manufacturing Industries.
