Role & Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across industries.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
Maintain and update recruitment records and reports.
Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of relevant recruitment experience (Non-IT preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
