We are seeking an experienced NodeJS developer to become a part of our team. As a NodeJS/ Sr. Nodejs Developer, you will play a crucial role in crafting, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable Node.js applications. Your experience range of 3 to 6 years and the job location is in Mohali. Your responsibilities will include designing and building server-side applications utilizing Node.js and other pertinent technologies. You will be tasked with creating APIs and establishing integrations with front-end systems. It is important to write code that is not only clean, but also maintainable and scalable. Working with intricate data structures and models will be part of your routine. Implementing asynchronous programming and lambdas, as well as creating and managing unit and integration tests will be essential. Collaborating with diverse teams to define, design, and release new features is a key aspect of the role. Optimizing applications for peak performance and scalability is a priority, along with ensuring deployment and maintenance on AWS and various cloud platforms. Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and troubleshooting application problems are also part of the responsibilities. Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in Node.js and related areas is encouraged. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Node.js development. A profound understanding of Node.js architecture, event-driven programming, and asynchronous programming techniques is required. Experience with AWS and other cloud providers, as well as working knowledge of databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL is essential. Familiarity with scalable application architecture principles and the ability to apply them, experience with containerization and orchestration, and proficiency in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture are desired. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex data structures are important. Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary, along with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
