We are seeking an AM Bitumen Sales for a Global Bitumen Manufacturing Leader. Job Profile: Achieve volume objectives set as per Business Plan (BP) & execute the sales strategy as per directives as per BP Develop key accounts for optimal representation and maintain good service level. Frequently interact with key accounts and conduct product/application specific seminars with the help of Segment Manager. Develop distributor network so to open potential market. Keep service levels the best and also maintain good relationship with the distributors to them a sense of bonding and stability. Managing conflict with the distributors related to issues. Interface with network and consumers in keeping with a well formulated market visit plan to solicit, maintain, retain and expand business. Map & analyse industrial areas to improve on product segment penetration. Ensure collection of receivables in accordance with credit policy. Report up-to-date information on competition and environment to superior at least on monthly basis. Monitor and provide support to reporting Officers to execute their functions as per desired objective and to recommend training courses which would improve their performance. Ensure all aspects of the companys Health and Safety Policy are adhered to. Market Expansion & intelligence for the strategy making in their territory Requirements: BE/BE Tech. & MBA-Marketing(Preferable) Experience- 3-7 years of sales experience in road construction, chemical or paint background. Target-oriented, dynamic. Analytical ability and negotiation skills. Planning and Organizing- Market visits, Channel management, Brand visibility activities etc. Should be good at communication(both Regional and English) and also profluent in drafting mails and preparing product related presentations.

Getting Government Approvals Quickly: You make sure all the necessary permissions from government bodies are tracked and received within deadlines. These permissions might be from departments like PESO (for explosive safety), NHAI (for highways), MoRTH, Forest Dept, District offices, etc. Coordination with Teams: Work closely with Business Development Managers (SBDMs/NDMs), site owners (LOI holders), and the internal SCO (construction) team to follow up on approval progress. Help all these teams stay aligned and resolve any issues delaying approvals. Liaising with Authorities: Act as the companys representative while dealing with government offices and officials to build rapport and get approvals faster. This includes physically visiting authorities or helping LOI holders when they go. Tracking & Documentation: Maintain a digital record (MIS database) of all applications, approvals, and status updates for easy reference and audit. Also track when licenses are due for renewal and issue timely alerts. Drawings & Engineering Coordination: Make sure required documents like drawings from the Engineering team are prepared and shared with government departments on time. Supporting Site Selection: Assist the Real Estate (RE) team in selecting land for new outlets. After selection, guide the process of getting approvals for that land. Vendor Management (TPSPs): Work with Third-Party Service Providers (TPSPs) who help with paperwork and approvals. Track their work, ensure they’re paid on time, and resolve any issues they face.

Develop and maintain management information systems related to the mechanical section , including tracking fuel consumption, spare parts inventory, and maintenance schedules. 4. Conduct periodic maintenance of all construction equipment deployed at project sites, ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime. 5. Ensure you have a good idea about stone crusher plant maintenance and machine maintenance and 200-250 TPH (turns per hour), HMP plants 160-1600 PTH, WMM plants, and CMP plants.
