Next JS Developer (Full Stack)

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer (Next.js & React) to join our dynamic offshore development team in managing a large-scale, USA-based product platform. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications using Next.js, React, and modern backend technologies . You will leverage Next.jss built-in features for SSR, SSG, API routes, and SEO optimization while also contributing to backend development (e.g., serverless functions, microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs). The ideal candidate will have a strong full-stack background , exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate on architecture decisions and mentor junior team members . Key Responsibilities Full Stack Development Design and develop responsive, high-quality frontend interfaces using Next.js and React. Build and manage Next.js API routes, serverless functions, and microservices to power the backend. Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs , including building custom backend services where needed. Leverage Next.js features like SSR, SSG, ISR, and dynamic routing for optimal performance and SEO. Implement and optimize SEO-friendly pages using the Next SEO package and Next.js native capabilities. Create reusable components, utilities, and services to ensure a scalable codebase. Optimize frontend and backend performance , focusing on speed, security, and reliability. Code Quality & Best Practices Ensure code is clean, maintainable, modular, and well-documented Conduct code reviews , mentor team members, and enforce best practices Research & Innovation Stay current with Next.js, React, Node.js, serverless technologies, and modern web development trends . Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development . Expertise in Next.js, React , and frontend technologies ( HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, JavaScript/ES6+ ). Solid experience with Node.js, serverless functions (AWS Lambda, Vercel Functions, etc.) , and microservices. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and API design/consumption . Deep understanding of SEO best practices in Next.js (Next SEO package, SSR/SSG strategies). Experience with Git, GitHub/Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines . Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) . Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong TypeScript skills. Experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite). Prior work with serverless architectures, edge computing, and microservices . Why Join Us?
