Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - POG development, Analytics (Retail) In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing visually appealing and efficient retail layouts using specialized planogram/zoning optimization guides and software. Roles and Responsibilities . Creating planograms focusing on effective and profitable utilization of shelf space based on customers demand and operational efficiency. . Create store specific Planograms that illustrate layout and flow of merchandising categories by leveraging data, business context & presentation architecture . Create, Update and Maintain planograms based on seasonal/cyclical requirements . Support execution of business-critical special projects with high level of attention to detail with 100% accuracy under tight timelines . Identify & implement process improvements areas on certain scope under space planning merchandising. . Create relevant product assortments and optimal space planning that drives sales across the business. . Work in a team environment with focus on achieving team goals vs individual goals. . Develop and implement planograms tailored to the client&rsquos store formats and merchandising strategies. . Ensure that planograms align with the client&rsquos business objectives and localized assortment requirements. . Leverage space planning tools (JDA/Blue Yonder, Relex, etc.) to enhance product visibility and sales. Operations & Execution: . Ensure accurate execution of the client&rsquos space planning and merchandising strategies. . Maintain governance and control over store layout data to ensure consistency across locations. . Track and improve key performance metrics related to space utilization, planogram compliance, and operational efficiency. Stakeholder Management & Client Coordination: . Act as the primary point of contact for the client&rsquos teams regarding space planning and execution. . Work closely with the client&rsquos store managers, marketing, and operations teams to implement and optimize merchandising initiatives. . Provide regular updates and insights to the client, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with their business goals. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications . Bachelor%27s degree in Retail Management, Operations, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. . Experience in space planning, planogram development, and retail store layout optimization for clients. . Hands-on experience with space planning tools like JDA/Blue Yonder, Relex, Nexgen, or Apollo Retail. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills . Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to the client. . Strong understanding of Global Merchandizing Principles . Proficiency in JDA-Space Man for Space Planning - Macro and Micro, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Business Communication are highly desirable. . Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. . Experience working with multiple store formats and client-specific merchandising strategies. .
