As a Sales Manager at our company, your main responsibility will be to drive the growth of distribution and market share in the assigned area of operations. Some skills that will help you succeed in this role include being a self-starter who can take ownership and navigate ambiguity, having 8-12 years of experience in sales and business development in B2C markets, being passionate about working in fast-growing firms and handling large teams, and being able to articulate complex solutions to novice customers.
