Job Summary:

Senior Network Security Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver

  post-sales deployment, configuration, and support

  for network and security solutions including switches, access points, and firewalls.
• Lead and assist in the

  implementation of enterprise-grade networking solutions

  across customer environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Layer 2/3 switching, wireless networks, firewall policies, and endpoint protection suites.
• Support the rollout and maintenance of

  security technologies

  such as EDR/XDR, IAM, and NAC.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including

  HLDs/LLDs, network diagrams, and configuration guides.

• Participate in

  technical escalations

  , root cause analysis, and knowledge sharing to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with OEM vendors (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos, Aruba, etc.) for advanced troubleshooting and product support.

• Trend Micro Apex One (EDR/XDR)

Transmission Media:

• Structured Cabling, Fiber, and Copper Media Standards

Certifications:

• CCNA

• Multiple OEM Blackbelt Certifications

• Ability to handle customer environments independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for handling post-sales interactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exposure to ticketing tools, project tracking systems, and documentation platforms.

Industry Domain:

IT Services – System Integration, Managed Security Services, and Enterprise Network Support

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SD-WAN or SASE deployments.
• Exposure to SIEM or SOAR platforms.
• Understanding of Zero Trust Architecture concepts.
