Job Description

Position- Consultant SAP(FICO) Location: Chennai Qualification - 3+ years experience, ICWA Job description: Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements. Develop functional specifications for custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces. Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions. Provide day-to-day support for SAP FICO modules, addressing any issues that arise. Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long-term solutions. Develop and deliver training materials for end-users. Document configuration and functional specifications. Provide ongoing support and training to users to ensure optimal use of SAP FICO modules. Ensure that financial and cost accounting processes comply with relevant standards and regulations. Generate and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity. Plan and manage SAP FICO projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP modules. Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FICO trends and technologies. Identify and recommend improvements to SAP FICO processes and functionalities. Lead initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience. Preferred candidates: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. ICMA (Institute of Cost and Works Accountants) qualification. 3+ years of experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support. Strong understanding of financial and cost accounting principles. Proven experience in managing SAP FICO projects. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
