Join our NI SERV Engineering Delivery Centre as an NSP System Product Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering top-tier network solutions. You'll work closely with customers, ensuring seamless deployments, upgrades, and migrations while contributing to technical excellence and innovation. As a key member of the team, you'll engage in end-to-end network solution deployment, from requirement gathering to implementation. Your expertise will drive best practices, customer training, and collaboration with technical teams to enhance product evolution and customer satisfaction. You have: Bachelor's degree or Computer Science in Telecom, or Software Engineering, with min 7+ years of experience. Strong skills in Linux/Unix, Solaris, Red Hat, and CentOS Strong knowledge of hypervisor technologies (KVM, ESXi) and cloud computing platforms such as OpenStack Solid understanding of IP networking, including IPv4/IPv6, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, QoS, and security Experience in Object-Oriented Design, Java, Python, C++, and familiarity with APIs such as REST, NETCONF, and YANG Hands-on experience in consulting, deployment design, testing, and customer acceptance It would be nice if you also have: Knowledge in consulting, deployment design, testing, and customer acceptance Experience in OSS integration and Software Defined Networking (SDN) or Network Function Virtualization (NFV) Strong presentation, troubleshooting, and customer-facing skills with a proactive approach to challenges Gather customer requirements and execute project deployments remotely or onsite. Develop detailed design documentation, including MoP, LLD, and ATP. Deliver software upgrades, migrations, and installations efficiently. Provide customized technical training and workshops for customers. Gain hands-on experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) and support teams. Enhance your expertise in network integration, solution deployment, and customer engagement. Develop troubleshooting skills while managing solution issues and escalations. Minimum of 5+ (IP Integration Engineer) years of telecom experience in IP/MPLS /Nuage domain. Good knowledge of IP technical solutions - IPV4, IPV6, routing, switching, mpls Understanding of Service providers network operation Understanding of ip/mpls, services l2 vpn, l3 vpn , vll , wbx, leaf, spine etc. Hands-on in configuring routers/switches with Command Line Interface , Huwaei, Huwaei, Huwaei Cisco CCNA/CCNP of other vendors equivalent (e.g CCNA, JNCIA Huwaei) Knowledge of all or part of the set of protocols for IP/MPLSIGP, BGP, RSVP, LDP, etc and Mobile networks related interfaces and protocols 2G-3G-4G IP certifications in one or more suppliers (Nokia SRC, Huwaei, Juniper) are highly recommended, - Grade Specific Focus on Industrial Operations Engineering. Develops competency in own area of expertise. Shares expertise and provides guidance and support to others. Interprets clients needs. Completes own role independently or with minimum supervision. Identifies problems and relevant issues in straight forward situations and generates solutions. Contributes in teamwork and interacts with customers.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise Excellent hands-on experience with MSSQL. Over 8 years of experience. Extensive knowledge of all associated IPC processes. Strong understanding of SLAs, including their measurement, configuration, and reporting. Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Log Shipping, Replication, Mirroring, and Cluster management. Hands-on experience with Windows Server Clustering. Experience with Azure and AWS database management. Understanding of Virtualization, Windows, and Linux platforms. Backup and Restore strategies, including Maintenance Plan configuration. Monitoring high availability setups to ensure synchronization. Strong understanding of application, database, and network integration. Experience with configuration and troubleshooting. Demonstrated experience in handling day-to-day server and operating system break-fix support, changes, and critical client-impacting situations.
