Join our NI SERV Engineering Delivery Centre as an NSP System Product Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering top-tier network solutions. You'll work closely with customers, ensuring seamless deployments, upgrades, and migrations while contributing to technical excellence and innovation. As a key member of the team, you'll engage in end-to-end network solution deployment, from requirement gathering to implementation. Your expertise will drive best practices, customer training, and collaboration with technical teams to enhance product evolution and customer satisfaction. You have: Bachelor's degree or Computer Science in Telecom, or Software Engineering, with min 7+ years of experience. Strong skills in Linux/Unix, Solaris, Red Hat, and CentOS Strong knowledge of hypervisor technologies (KVM, ESXi) and cloud computing platforms such as OpenStack Solid understanding of IP networking, including IPv4/IPv6, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, QoS, and security Experience in Object-Oriented Design, Java, Python, C++, and familiarity with APIs such as REST, NETCONF, and YANG Hands-on experience in consulting, deployment design, testing, and customer acceptance It would be nice if you also have: Knowledge in consulting, deployment design, testing, and customer acceptance Experience in OSS integration and Software Defined Networking (SDN) or Network Function Virtualization (NFV) Strong presentation, troubleshooting, and customer-facing skills with a proactive approach to challenges Gather customer requirements and execute project deployments remotely or onsite.
